Today's IT industry is ever changing, ever moving and ever evolving. New technology is constantly bewildering us with an even greater breadth of abilities. However, it is also an industry which for the reseller, service provider and system assembler is becoming very cut- throat.

Profits are constantly being slashed which may be great for the business customer and consumer alike, but can be tough for the people providing them.

You may have a superb team of dedicated engineers; you may not have an engineer and have a un-suitable arrangement with another reseller, but whatever the case, staff are often ill at short notice, taking leave, or simply unable to cope with that big "rush job" that has come in. On top of this, you may only have a more occasional requirement for a dedicated hardware and networking engineer and are not in a position to recruit. Or you may simply need a helping hand.
